The struggle continues

A few weeks ago a dark cloud hung over the African Trans movement as we mourned the death of our cde and long time friend Maliq a Transman from Zambia. May his dear soul rest in peace.

Today on Transgender day of visibility TDOV we remember our cadres who are no longer with us. For many Trans people visibility comes with hostility  and vulnerability yet we still choose to be seen to be heard and to be the revolution. To all Trans people who have to pay a high price for being visible we  celebrate you. Our Transcestors who paved the way for us we honour you.All marginalised Trans people we stand with you. All Trans people who  have no choice but to be invisible we see you we hear you. Our resolute Trans allies&  families we salute you.
